Where we ship
Windset Studio ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
Free standard shipping on orders $35 or more
Orders of $35 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. This applies to boards, care kits, conditioner, and mixed orders.

Production comes before transit
Our standard production estimate is 3–5 business days. This is the time used to prepare your order before dispatch. Carrier transit time is additional. Check product pages for current production notices.
For corporate or custom projects, discuss your requested delivery date and project schedule with us before ordering. A requested date is not a delivery guarantee.
