We collect the information you provide when you place an order, personalize a product, contact us, request a corporate quote, create an account, or choose to subscribe to marketing. This can include your name, email, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, engraving text and design selections, and the details you include in an inquiry.

Shopify and payment providers process payment information to complete transactions. We use order and payment-status information to manage purchases and customer support. The store also processes device and usage information, such as IP address, browser information, pages viewed, and interactions with the store, using cookies and similar technologies.

How information is used

We use information to process payments, produce and personalize products, fulfill orders, answer inquiries, administer returns, provide account and order updates, maintain security, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the store. Marketing preferences

You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary non-promotional communications about orders, accounts, or customer service.
