Unengraved boards and care products

Unengraved boards and care products may be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Contact orders@windsetstudio.com with your order details for return assistance and instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage. We issue approved refunds within 3 business days after inspecting the returned item.

For an approved return of an entire eligible order, we refund the full amount paid, including the original shipping charge and applicable sales tax. Customer-paid return postage is not reimbursed.

Final-sale orders

All bulk orders, custom orders, and personalized items are final sale. Please check names, dates, spelling, and selected options carefully before ordering.
