Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Windset Studio, operated by Windset Studio LLC. Please read the product information, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy, Personalization Terms, and Privacy Policy before ordering.

Products and selections

Wood grain and color naturally vary. Photographs show examples rather than a guarantee that every piece will look identical. Review the wood, size, engraving, rubber-feet and care-kit selections shown for your chosen product. Available options differ by product.

Pricing and checkout

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are handled through Shopify’s supported checkout and payment providers.

Personalized and custom orders

Check all engraving text, design selections, and other order details carefully. We do not accept cancellations. Personalized, custom, and bulk orders are final sale. Contact us if you believe an item has a defect.

Production, shipping and returns

Standard production takes 3–5 business days, with carrier transit additional. We ship within the USA. Free standard shipping applies at $35 or more after discounts; shipping below that threshold is calculated at checkout. Eligible unused, original-condition unengraved boards and care products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers pay return postage, and approved refunds are issued within 3 business days after inspection. An approved return of an entire eligible order is refunded in full, including original shipping and applicable sales tax; customer-paid return postage is not reimbursed.

Corporate inquiries

A corporate inquiry starts a discussion about products, quantities, personalization, destinations, and timing. A requested date does not by itself confirm a delivery commitment or place an order.
