Shipping policy

Where we ship

Windset Studio ships within the United States.

Production and delivery

Our standard production time is 3–5 business days. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Any requested delivery date for a corporate or custom project must be discussed with us before arrangements are finalized.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on orders of $35 or more after discounts. Shipping charges for orders under $35 are calculated at checkout. Care products included with an order do not remove its eligibility for free shipping when the order meets the $35 threshold.
